Welcome to the recipe for our absolute favourite smoothie, the one we make time and time again – the Body Love Smoothie! At its heart, this is a classic Green Goddess smoothie, packed with everything you need to feel amazing. But we've added a special twist that takes it to the next level.  

We top our creamy green base with a vibrant raspberry, lime, and coconut crush. This not only adds a stunning pop of colour that makes it a feast for the eyes but also introduces a zesty, sweet tang that is simply sensational. Get ready to fall in love!

The Recipe

Ingredients

For the Green Goddess Base:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen Mango chunks
  • 1 fresh or frozen Banana
  • A generous handful of fresh Spinach
  • A few fresh Mint leaves
  • Pulp of 1 Passionfruit
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 scoop of your favourite vanilla or plain protein powder
  • 1 cup Coconut Water 

For the Raspberry-Lime Crush:

  • 1/2 cup frozen Raspberries
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Water
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Create the Base: Place all the Green Goddess Base ingredients into your blender. Blitz until perfectly smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture evenly into two glasses, filling them about three-quarters full. 
  2. Whip up the Crush: Quickly rinse your blender. Add the frozen raspberries, lime juice, and coconut water. Blitz for just a few seconds until it forms a vibrant, slushy crush.
  3. The Finishing Touch: Gently pour or spoon the Raspberry-Lime Crush over the green smoothie base. You can use a skewer to create a gentle swirl for that amazing colour contrast. Serve immediately and enjoy the sensational taste!
