The Recipe

Ingredients
For the Green Goddess Base:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen Mango chunks
- 1 fresh or frozen Banana
- A generous handful of fresh Spinach
- A few fresh Mint leaves
- Pulp of 1 Passionfruit
- 1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 scoop of your favourite vanilla or plain protein powder
- 1 cup Coconut Water
For the Raspberry-Lime Crush:
- 1/2 cup frozen Raspberries
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- 1/4 cup Coconut Water
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
- Create the Base: Place all the Green Goddess Base ingredients into your blender. Blitz until perfectly smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture evenly into two glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
