Shipping Policy - Get Naked Body Love (Australia)

Thank you for shopping with us.  We are committed to delivering your natural skincare treasures inspired by the Australian coast.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) of receiving your order. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping within Australia:

  • We offer shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. You can see the shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
  • Standard shipping within Australia is estimated to take up to 7 business days for delivery after dispatch. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location.
  • We may offer Express shipping option at an additional cost, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days after dispatch. This option can be selected at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only offer shipping within Australia. 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery with our chosen carrier. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Get Naked is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if this occurs, please contact us at getnaked.bodylove@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you in lodging a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.
